This was the my latest project at the local Montessori school in Phoenix, AZ.
The owner wanted a mural that would stand out from the curb and be inviting to those coming through the front entrance.
We decided on Monet's Garden as the school children are currently creating their very own Monet's garden.
If you drive down 19th Ave in Phoenix, the school is just south of Dunlap. Drive by and take a look.
I am currently working on a mural using charcoal on plaster. Never done it before but I am always willing to paint or draw on any surface. The client wanted me to draw what he likes to call the crossroads of life.
The client will attach a barn like sliding closet door (closet is to my left), that I will continue the drawing on. He also would like to to add day glow paint so that at night the drawing takes on a different look.
I will keep you updated on my progress with this mural.
I graduated with my bachelor of arts degree from the University of Arizona. After graduation I moved to Phoenix where I was hired as graphic designer for the City of Phoenix.
